I joined EMBS in 2011 because I believe in inclusive quality education that engages, inspires and delivers in meeting the needs of all members of our community in an environment of respect, inclusion and excellence.
For over fifteen years, I have taken leadership roles in organisations which strive to support socially excluded groups through the not-for profit sector, which has been the focus of my professional and personal work. Whilst operating and managing a range of projects at local, regional and national levels, I have focused on leading and facilitating organisational development, engaging and managing stakeholders and delivering front line services.
My academic background includes an Honours Degree in Philosophy and Psychology and Post Graduate Diploma in Philosophy at the University of Liverpool, Masters in Educational Psychology at the University of Manchester and I am currently working towards a Masters in Educational Leadership & Management from Oxford Brookes University.
